Chalet options.
Hi everyone! This is concerning the chalet, here are the links for the 2 choices: Safra and AlohaloyangFor safra, it is a requirement to book at least 3D2N whereas for aloha, we are allowed to book 2D1N. The price per night for safra is around $260 (Claudia's mum is a member who can help us book!:D) The price per night for aloha is around $180 (Maria's dad who is a civil servant can help us book!:D) However, since we need to book 3D2N for safra, the price obviously would be 2x I am assuming the bbq will cost $100 altogether (may be more/less) So yeah, go do the maths yourself for the cost per person (there's 31 of us) Everyone needs to pay regardless of whether you are going or not. There will also be level items that you will need to buy (e.g. drinks, chips, utensils, tongs etc) Which means, the longer, the more you will need. Also, the meals other than the bbq will NOT be taken into account for the cost per person so you will need to spend on that if you are coming too. Finally, the locations are: safra:QUITE near tanah merah, alohaloyang:pasir ris park QUITE near e-hub I think there are shuttle buses though. Yeah, make the right decision alrighties! Love, chel!:D Labels: Chalet details

Reply to feedback.
Hello everyone!:D Just like to tell you that it will take a while for us to go through your feedback forms and make amendments to the current code of conduct accordingly. As much as we would like to accomodate to you, do understand that we face limitations such as the avaliability of the studio and the sch rules. Also, we have to take into consideration the necessary level of discipline, I hope that everyone can be happy in CHE and make the most out of this journey towards SYF while maintaining the proper conduct of a professional musician. I would like to emphasize that the comm is also learning through trial and error so feel free to drop more suggestions or constructive critisism into the box outside our studio. You may also come straight to us(; Do continue to keep up the standards, thank you for co-operating with us, I feel that we have already progressed quite a lot since the start of this term. I promise that if you keep up today's standard or even raise it, I will never raise my voice again. Sometimes, the only reason I do it is because its so noisy you won't be able to hear me if I don't be louder than the 20+ of you. That is also the reason for hitting the stool as it should be loud enough for everyone to hear. As for the comm being more sociable, can I request that some of you give us suggestions on how you feel would be good ways of being "closer" to all of you? I mean, other than bonding sessions. And anyway just rmb that we are all very nice people and you can talk to us, sms us, call us, fb us, msn us, write letters to us etcetcetc when you want to:D Finally, I know we are a performing arts CCA so the most impt thing is to enjoy the music, entertain the audience and love your fellow ringers so yes, there will be as much bonding sessions as possible! And I will try not to be too harsh on your discipline side BUT without it our overall standard also drops, right? But since we need to entertain the audience, we need perfect techniques+sound quality so in terms of techniques, sorry but NO SLACK AT ALL. Whatever it is, with your help, we promise to give you an positively unforgetable SYF 2011 journey! (might give all of you a reward soon!) Love bells and all of you truckloads! rachel(: p.s. I'm very nice, come talk to me during breaks/outside CCA, you'll see! Labels: Feedback

seriously.
I think you need to know that we have been very understanding already, giving long breaks, making sure anything we do is fair, even incoperated into prac time for you to have fun and bond! We really care for your welfare, but if you like to keep cutting prac by going to the toilet, always turning up late and chatting/playing during sectionals, there's no choice but to increase prac time which means cutting breaks. We need your co-operation, SYF will come in the blink of an eye, and we're not ready. All we're asking is that you do the right thing at the right time so that we can improve.go think about it.this is serious. You need to know how to draw the line between the time to be serious and the time at which we have fun.Work hard, play hard andRespect us, and we will respect you.Labels: serious matters

The…Handbell ensemble!
Right now, we are made of 31 crazy girls,
who are in love with ringing our set of 5 octaves handbells
AND two sets of 3 octaves handchimes!
We eat, play, have fun and RING together!
We laugh about sick jokes and call the radio station for fun
But most of all, we ring together with c-o-l-o-u-r
Just for you to feel our music!

STOP abusing this place,
as mschng already said,
stop critisizing people for random nonsense.
we appreciate con/crit only tyvm,
and that goes in the con/crit box.
if you got anything else personal to say,
tell the person straight if you really need to and have the guts.
not be some annoynomous tagger who types hurtful remarks!
what if I did that to you?
Do unto to other what you want others to do unto you.
and for GOODNESS SAKE, syf is coming, please give and take!
but now I'll put the tagboard back up for convenience sake.
