Serious reminders.
Hi all,
Just to remind all of you again, there will be strictly no usage of electronic devices during practice
except for emergencies (seek permission from hazel or me)
or during official breaks (when conductor says "break").
Please move immediately at appropriate times,
whether it is set up, pack up, change of song, end of break or moving to another venue etc.
If all of you still do not understand this, we will have to take extreme measures,
I am sure you do not wish for us to time you every set up to make sure you are fast enough
or make you run from place to place within a certain timing.
We can make you re-set up or run back and forth if we wanted to,
so if you do not wish for that to happen, please start moving at an appropriate pace.
Please respect us and we will respect you,
when we tell you to do something, please adhere to the instruction,
(example: listen to conductor/person giving instructions or stop eating or break is over etcetc)
do not just look up and smile then continue.
We can be fun, on the condition that you listen to instructions.
There is a time to play and a time to be serious.
If you do not even understand such a simple sentence,
I'm sorry, our relationship with you will be a simple leader-member, we can no longer be friends.
Please take our instructions seriously, do not think that you can climb over our heads.
Whether you are a sec3, sec2 or sec1, it goes the same for everybody.
If you still want us to treat you like friends, and not scream at you or punish you,
please, listen.
I hope you still remember the "listening activity" (the obstacle course during amazing race),
remember, only when you listen then can you move forward.
What is our goal for SYF again?
I sincerely hope that you will all see the importance of SYF and take things seriously.
Do not regret after the results come out unsatisfactory.
We are already a little late in preparation so please work harder.
Also, please remember to be courteous and greet your teachers, especially when in your CCA tee.
Do help to remind each other.
In any case, you would not want us to implement extreme measures to
scare you into doing what you should do,
so please co-operate.
Thank you,
Rachel. Labels: serious matters

STOP abusing this place,
as mschng already said,
stop critisizing people for random nonsense.
we appreciate con/crit only tyvm,
and that goes in the con/crit box.
if you got anything else personal to say,
tell the person straight if you really need to and have the guts.
not be some annoynomous tagger who types hurtful remarks!
what if I did that to you?
Do unto to other what you want others to do unto you.
and for GOODNESS SAKE, syf is coming, please give and take!
but now I'll put the tagboard back up for convenience sake.
